additional homeowners cOVERAGES are available

Our insurance companies offer the ability to purchase additional property and liability coverage's, often known as endorsements, at a great value in order to further protect you and your assets from loss. Endorsements often help to eliminate gaps in coverage, and are able to broaden covered forms of loss to you and your property. Here are a few examples of endorsements you can add to your homeowners policy:

Scheduled Personal Property

Coverage for personal property is included in your homeowners policy, but certain personal items like jewelry, firearms, furs, art, collectibles, and even musical instruments are subject to coverage limits and your homeowners policy deductible in the event of a covered loss.

Personal property is also only covered by named perils (wind, fire, hail, etc) on your homeowners policy, which doesn't include things like accidental loss. If you want to be sure that your valuable personal property is properly insured against loss without being subject to your homeowners deductible at the time of a loss then a scheduled personal property endorsement is for you.

Business Pursuits

Provides personal liability and medical payment coverage in the event that someone is injured on the homeowner's property while conducting business. This endorsement doesn't provide any coverage to the business, though separate business-owner policies are available.

All-Risk Personal Property

Changes personal property coverage from a named perils basis (the list of "things" that your homeowners policy covers, like fire, hail, wind, etc.) to any cause of loss, except for a short list of exclusions.
